Job Type: Bi-vocational Pastor
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated pastor to join our church community. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a congregation, a deep knowledge of scripture, and a commitment to serving the needs of our community.
Responsibilities:
Lead worship services and deliver sermons that inspire and challenge our congregation
Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and support to members
Develop and implement programs to engage and serve the needs of the community
Participate in and lead community outreach efforts
Attend conferences and other events to continue professional development
Requirements:
Ordained or soon-to-be-ordained minister
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Commitment to the values and mission of our church
